Dear all students,

Kindly be informed that DHU IT Department (ITD) is in process to enforce a self-service account management for student. This means that, student is able to manage on their own to change/reset password or unlock their account if it is locked through Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal without need to consult ITD. In order to use an unlock account functionality in SSPR portal, Security Question MUST be setup first. Refer to information that has been posted in Moodle earlier https://lms.dhu.edu.my/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=509

To unlock account, kindly follow the below step

  1.       Go to SSPR portal https://selfservice.dhu.edu.my
  2.       Try to login into SSPR. If "Error 5069: Maximum login attempts for your userID havebbeen
          exceeded. Try again later"
is displayed, it means that account has been locked.
  3.       Click Reset Password. In the Username field, type Student ID and click Search button or
          Enter
  4.       Answer all the Security Questions. Once done, click Check Answers button or Enter
  5.       Click on Unlock Password
  6.       Your account has been unlocked” message will be displayed. Click Continue to re-
          login
    into SSPR portal.

***If student cannot access to DHU WiFi, please used your own personal data to access SSPR
           to
know the problem either your account have been lock or password expired.

Thank you and Regards,

 DHU IT Department
