Kindly
be informed that we have setting up a password management solution for all
DHU's student. The implemented solution is Self Service Password Reset (SSPR).
SSPR is a web-based self-service password management solution that allows
student to manage their own password. With SSPR, student
- Can
access the SSPR site on computer or mobile device anytime and anywhere
- Able
to change their own password without consulting IT Department
- Able
to reset their own password after complete the Security Question
Student
MUST change the current password after login and to use the Reset Password
function, Security Question MUST be setup. Kindly refer to the SSPR guideline
and please feel free to contact DHU IT Department (DHU ITD) for any related
inquiry and further assistance.
