We received a low response regarding the collection of Examination Docket. An examination docket is a compulsory document to be presented during the final examination. Please note that failure to collect the examination docket at the time and place specified will result in a penalty and/or barred from sitting for the examination. Therefore, please complete the survey, pay any outstanding fees and collect your examination docket immediately.
