Referring to the MEMO by Registrar Office on 2 October 2020 (RO: 07/2020), please be informed that students who intend to return to campus/UV for continuous Teaching & Learning activity during semester II 2020/21 Session, or other matters, are required to request for an approval from Student Affairs Centre (SAC) in writing and submit it online to SAD@dhu.edu.my.
Please ensure the information provided in your application is valid and accurate. It is crucial for our screening as we need to ensure that the University community will be free from Covid19 upon your return.
