This course is designed to familiarize students with key principals of leadership, equip them with the skills required to influence the behavior of others and to enhance their awareness of group dynamics and team building processes.
This course will provide an overview of
the risk management concept and practices in a project implementation. Risk
management is an important aspect of the overall project management that
undertake the role to identify, analyze, monitor, control and response to
risks.
