Every organization experiences the pros and cons of human behavior. This subject allows managers to understand how and why such behaviors occur and how to develop strategies to minimize the worst or negative aspects of human behavior.
Introduce the student to Human Computer Interaction which focuses on the principles and method with one build effective interfaces for users. A basic precept of HCI is that users should be able to focus on solving problems, rather than dealing with the complex software. The course will provide a balance of practical and theoretical knowledge, giving students experience to ordinarily not provide by other courses in Information Technology.
