Negotiating is often
a finely balanced activity and involves managing a range of complex
relationships, and students should be prepared to effectively manage those
relationships, avoiding conflict while maintaining the balance of power.
Students should be able to plan, prepare and undertake effective negotiations,
demonstrating high levels of personal effectiveness and achieving best value
within the supply chain.
SYPNOPSIS This course devoted into
several parts which includes; ·
Ability to
apply a variety of theories relating to negotiation in respect of preparation, planning and participating
in the negotiation process ·
Undertake
activities such as cost and market analysis, using information to support
the planning of negotiation with suppliers to achieve best value ·
Developing
win-win strategies based on analysis of the other parties’ needs

dynamics of the negotiation processes ii. Apply negotiation theories to achieve effective outcomes of the
negotiation process iii.
Analyze tools needed for an
effective negotiation process.
This subject aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the role that quality plays in business competitiveness and to show how TQM has developed into a way of managing the whole business to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage and to provide an awareness of the concepts and terminology of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and TQM and of the work of the quality "GURUs” and their different approaches to quality management.
This course builds aims to provide the understanding of the basic concept of strategic roles of operation management, describing the background behind its requirement and the importance of process excellence in achieving and maintaining competitive advantage.
This course is
developing students with understanding of the principles of managing the
resources that directly produce the organization service and products. The
resources are generally consist of people, material, technology and information
but may go wider than this. These resources are brought together by a series of
processes so that they are utilized to deliver the primary service or product
of the organization. Thus course is concerned with managing inputs (resources)
through transformation processes to deliver outputs (service or products).
